DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the POM Operations Service Manager, you'll be based in our busy Port Moresby branch providing admin support to our service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the supervisor in day-to-day administrative tasks for the field service and workshop departments
- Management of "work in progress" (WIP) for our workshop and field service teams
- Back up administration support as required
- Accurate opening and closing of jobs
- Raising purchase orders
- Receipting parts
- Recording man-hours per job
- Manage all service subcontracts, internal policies and approvals
- Ensure invoicing, adherence to systems and audits are completed and accurate

RESPONSIBILITIES
About you:
- Demonstrated administrative experience ideally for an automotive of industrial company
- Completion of Grade 12
- Ideally a certificate in Office Administration or similar
- Have had some experience across general administrative duties such as payroll and account payable
- Proven customer service experience and skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be a proven team player
