Job Description
The Quality Control Analyst (QCA) Consultant I provides assistance with estimating project tasks, contributes to test approaches, reviews technical requirements, creates test plans, performs automated or manual test execution, and assists with defect identification for low-complexity projects supporting IT products, applications, and systems.

Decomposes business requirements and test scenarios to create effective test plans to cover the requirements; improves test plan effectiveness based on production results
Understands software development lifecycle activities, test methodology / deliverables within the SDLC and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) practices
Provides input to the development of Quality Control estimates for low complexity projects for the focused application
Reviews project deliverables produced during the project lifecycle to understand application changes, project scope and testing scope
Performs data analysis of executed test plans to ensure accuracy of expected test results both at the user interface and back-end data levels
Leverages automation framework when building or executing automated test scripts
Creates, maintains, and executes automated or manual test scripts for low complexity project
Creates traceability matrix to cover the requirements
Identifies and assesses risks and issues and propose mitigation strategies
Education
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $0 - 1,200,000 per day and is based on experience and qualifications.
