The Position:
We are looking for a multi-disciplinary Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency in GameChanger brand messaging and visual identity. This is an exciting new role within our organization and will report into the VP of Marketing.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives across all consumer touchpoints and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging and impact.
- Create compelling brand narratives and messaging that resonate with our target audience of athletes, coaches, fans and sports organizations.
- Partner with our internal studio team on content creation and campaign execution to and effectively communicate the GameChanger brand story to our target audience.
- Support the marketing and expansion of the GameChangers advertising product within the industry, collaborating closely with Dick's Sporting Goods and working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams to drive success.
- Enhance brand activations with partners such as Major League Baseball and Little Leagues by creating memorable experiences through collaborative initiatives, marketing campaigns, and events.
- Track and measure brand health by managing and analyzing data from the Brand Health Tracker study, ensuring continuous monitoring of key performance indicators and providing actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
What You'll Bring:
- Genuine enthusiasm for sports combined with a deep understanding of the youth sports journey that will enable the creation of authentic and meaningful brand connections.
- Strength in cross-functional partnerships across GTM and Product to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
- Strong Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with brand goals and drive business growth.
- An analytical mindset. You're proficient in tracking and measuring brand health, utilizing data to inform decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Creative and innovative ideas for brand activation and engagement across all consumer touchpoints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Organizational skills and a keen eye to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Who You Are:
- 5-7 years of experience in the B2C marketing space with both digital and traditional media experience.
- You have experience in the culture of Basketball and you have experience in building brand identity and culture.
- Demonstrated success as a Brand Manager who has a comprehensive understanding of all elements of the marketing mix. You must possess a multidisciplinary skill set.
- You are an exceptional communicator who embodies storytelling skills, including written, verbal, and numeric communication.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
- Your work is rooted in facts and data aligning to brand KPIs
- You're experienced in managing campaign and marketing budgets
- You are consumer obsessed, posses a high EQ and are a strong and creative collaborator

The target salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $130,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.
