Claims Evaluation Sr Consultant - (Remote)

Remote

At Allstate, great things happen when our people work together to protect families and their belongings from life's uncertainties. And for more than 90 years our innovative drive has kept us a step ahead of our customers' evolving needs. From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.

Job Description
This function is responsible for performing guidance and oversight of first and third party liability and casualty claims.

The Evaluation Consultant (EC) role supports Claims leaders to ensure consistency and objectivity in our claim handling. The Evaluation Consultant is responsible for conducting quality reviews for appropriate coverage, liability assessments, damages, and compliance with claim processes. Having reviewed all elements of the claim, the EC serves as a second look for the claim evaluation process and injury/claim value determination. As the Evaluation Consultant, you will partner with adjusters and leaders to assist with developing negotiation strategies and assess proper procedures, trends and value drivers with limited oversight. The EC role is regarded as a coach to provide claim handling guidance and direction. A key priority is to ensure we are delivering compassionate service that is fast, fair, and easy for our customers. The individual works independently, prioritizes their responsibilities, and manages their own workload. The EC consistently meets band level behaviors, production, quality and/or customer service goals.
