Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Sr IT Architect with exceptional problem-solving skills to join our world-class team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. Responsibilities:
- Determine and lead the architecture and design of complex IT solutions
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure flawless execution of projects
- Successfully implement and integrate new technologies and systems
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure the security and stability of IT infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale IT projects
- Extensive understanding of IT architecture principles and effective techniques
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to compete effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++; experience with cloud-specific languages and technologies like PowerBI, Fabric, and other "PowerMS" skills is a plus.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and AI.
- Familiarity with AI development tools and frameworks.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience in prototyping and testing AI-driven solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with LANGchain and/or LLAMAIndex preferred.
