Our Commerce Engineering Program Management team works to enable subscriptions, offers and much more across Apple's Services for hundreds of millions of customers worldwide, and we are looking for a seasoned EPM to help take Services growth to the next level. Description
In this role you will manage Promotions and Messaging programs across our services, working cross-functionally to deliver commerce features to our customers on time and with quality. You will be responsible for leading high value offers and customer touchpoint projects, and expectations include: - Lead multi-disciplinary teams across all phases of the project lifecycle to deliver the best experiences to our customers - Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, EPM colleagues, and QA to clarify requirements and drive implementation of features from conception to launch - Design and implement best practices and processes that enable teams to move quickly and efficiently - Oversee multiple concurrent features and roadmaps - coordinating scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation, and communicating status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly
- 5+ years technical program management experience delivering large, global products and services
- Experience growing and retaining subscribers for consumer facing media services
- Strong technology foundation with experience delivering products spanning client and server development
Preferred Qualifications
- Adept at building relationships across a diverse set of teams and organizations to ship efficiently and effectively
- Ability to communicate the right things, to the right people, at the right time, and demonstrated experience presenting your work to leadership teams
- Highly organized and ability to multitask across various initiatives
- Enjoy operating autonomously and thoughtfully drilling down to the details for creative problem solving
- Excellent critical thinking skills with customer first decision-making approach
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, PMP or similar certification, and/or deep relevant industry experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $157,000 and $278,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
