Global Social Media Strategist

As the Social Media Strategist, you will have the unique opportunity to drive and optimize our global social program for the ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD). This role will enable you to showcase your expertise in social media strategy and execution, reporting and data analysis, and relationship management.

This role is part of IDD's Global Downstream Marketing organization, within the Digital Strategy team.

What will you do?

  • Lead the global social strategy: Your vision will guide us to success by determining the right channels, messages, and customers to support our larger business goals.
  • Develop measurable goals and targets that showcase the effectiveness of our social media program and devise plans to attain them.
  • Optimize and level up our social media program, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to implement, track, and enhance ad campaigns and continuous content creation.
  • Become the go-to expert on all social media platforms, strategies, techniques, and current trends, providing regular updates to relevant parties.
  • Provide training to regional teams on channel and ad maintenance, community management, and reporting.
  • Deliver reporting and insights to drive optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to optimize ongoing social media content and ads by sharing insights on content performance.
  • Host quarterly power hours and participate in regional team check-ins to share insights and plan follow-up activities.
  • Proactively manage channel and on-site performance, identifying trends in data and turning them into actionable insights.
  • Effectively manage the global budget by accurately forecasting spend, documenting actuals, and providing data-driven recommendations on investment and allocations.

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for a BS degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of social media and digital marketing experience.
  • Consistent track record in building, implementing, and scaling impactful social media programs for both B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in using various social media platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Knowledge, skills, & abilities:

  • Demonstrated success working on multidisciplinary teams and collaborating in an international environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels of the business.
  • Resourceful and able to independently drive performance while juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively communicate social media performance to peers and executive leadership.
  • Experience collaborating with agencies and vendors as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $83,300.00-$111,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
