The Growth Marketing Manager is tasked with the day-to-day management of the marketing activities including coordination with the internal, cross-functional team and with 3rd party partners reporting to the head of growth marketing. Essential responsibilities include:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain the cross-functional marketing calendar for the coming 3 months across all channels
- Communicate deliverables, objectives, and timelines to the cross-functional team
- Traffic all marketing efforts across channels
- Lead brief development and management through launch across email, campaign, and performance marketing coordinating across the marketing and cross-functional teams.

- Coordinate and manage the operational process for email newsletters including calendar management, management within the ESP, gaining approval, and reporting on performance
- Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
- Continually improve the quality of Elysium's marketing by generating and distributing reporting including performance against business KPI's
- Conduct research on competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data
- Coordinate photoshoots - scheduling, budgets, call sheets, obtaining assets post-production across all marketing photography needs.
- Simplify complex data into user-friendly formats such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for all marketing operations functions.
- Assist in the creation of documents and presentations
- Assist in managing contractors and vendors
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 4 years experience digital marketing experience, preferably in the health and wellness or direct-to-consumer eCommerce space
- Proficiency in email service providers and platforms, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides/PowerPoint, and Google Doc/Word
- Plus: Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Indesign
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and analytical skills
- Ability prioritize, track and complete multiple and competing priorities
- Need to be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work independently and plan appropriately
- Strong background in data analysis and allocation
- Must be a team player
