About You

As the Inside Sales Representative Italy, you will manage a selected portfolio of distributors and end-user customers that have been identified by our treatment strategy as suitable for "Digital Management". Predominantly virtual sales, with occasional requirement for Face to Face visits.

You will report directly to the Southern Europe Country Manager and you will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).

Location: we can offer a remote model for candidates already based in Italy, with some regular visits to Turin Office.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Responsible for the management of selected channel partners (and associated EUs) that have been classified as suitable for "Digital Sales" (predominantly desk-based sales)
  • Ability to execute plans for specific identified channel partners in portfolio for Revenue generation (New Business/Pricing) & Margin Improvement (Price/Mix)
  • Working to support identification of potential new Key Accounts to be worked by NBD (if applicable to market)
  • Driving loyalty and penetration with existing and generate business with new end users directly or indirectly.
  • Engaging our Distributor Sales Representative to enable them to grow our business through training, loyalty programs, incentive programs, etc.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Previous experience in account management working with distributors, in a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to conduct commercial discussions utilizing digital assets (telephone, Online communication technology e.g MS Teams, Zoom)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional groups (e.g., finance, operations, marketing)
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills; commercially aware
  • Fluent in Italian and English languages (critical); Spanish language (nice to have)
