Join our high-energy, motivated team as a Remote Co-op in Spring/Summer 2025! Reporting to the On-Site Support Inventory Planning Manager within Power & Controls Aftermarket, you'll build close customer relationships and drive impactful programs. Develop your skills while working with senior leadership and customers worldwide in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This co-op is a full-time role from January-August 2025.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze large data sets and make data-driven decisions using SAP.
  • Support inventory planners by managing replenishment activities and liaising with suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively with peers, management, and senior leadership.
  • Manage projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Engage with customers across the globe to support and enhance their programs.

What You Will Learn:

  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and drawing actionable conclusions.
  • Microsoft Excel & SAP: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP.
  • Customer Interaction: Effective communication and relationship-building with global customers.
  • Project Management: Skills to manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Inventory & Supply Management: Critical activities to maintain high customer service levels (>95% CSL).

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. (
Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.)

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
