About the role
CBRE is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid construction background to lead the management of singular real estate projects specifically for a prominent telecommunications' client. In this role, you will collaborate directly with this client to define project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control measures, and risk identification. You will be responsible for selecting project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists, conducting requests for proposals, evaluating bids, and making informed recommendations to the client. You will implement comprehensive project documentation governance in alignment with both company and client standards, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout. As a proactive leader, you will guide the project delivery team, developing action plans to meet objectives while tracking progress and reporting on project status and variances. Your ability to identify potential project threats will enable you to craft effective risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

What you'll do
- Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
- Read Construction Blueprints
- Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
- Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
- Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
- Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
- Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience in Construction. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
- Background in Construction required
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

- CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Manager position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Manager position is $125,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
