The Recruiting Coordinator is the backbone for the recruiting team, scheduling all interviews and coordinating the details for candidates. You will be the main point of contact for interview availability, questions, and scheduling matters. Were looking for someone who is incredible at multi-tasking and can balance the day-to-day details of scheduling, and will not flinch when interruptions occur and priorities change. This person must be very organized, flexible and patient. They need to be excellent with deadlines, timely responses and problem-solving, all while keeping confidentiality and keeping candidate experience at the forefront.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling of interviews and feedback sessions and communicating all interview logistics with candidates and panelists
  • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and leadership across the company to help us build a team to win. You will support a number of recruiters and own many pieces of operations when it comes to the candidates process
  • Maintain our ATS, Workday, and scheduling tool, GoodTime, to ensure candidate information is up-to-date
  • Keep candidate experience top of mind in everything that you do
  • Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to improve upon and streamline existing scheduling process and candidate experience programs
  • Help candidates feel informed, welcomed, and energized by their recruitment experience atZendesk.
  • Help create and manage recruiter and hiring manager enablement materials for the hiring process
  • Create, maintain and improve hiring documentation on standard workflows, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Human Resources, Recruiting or Administrative role preferred
  • Bachelors degree or related experience
  • Grace, tact, and a smile even in stressful situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including an ability to meet deadlines and balance several tasks both big and small.
  • Flexibility in time zone coverage as needed
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail and a collaborative nature.
  • Strong mentality for continuous improvement and exceeding internal customer expectations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Passion for driving an outstanding candidate experience!
  • Experience working with an ATS (Workday preferred)
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid set up and night shift as you will be supporting AMER region
