The OPIS Sales Operations Team is responsible for building, maintaining, and analyzing the reporting that is critical to the operations of the OPIS sales team. They interact with the entire sales organization and are responsible for enhancing the overall operating efficiency and excellence of the sales function.

About the Role:

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will assist our sales teams with operational tasks which include but are not limited to data analysis and policy execution. You will provide ad hoc analysis to understand quotas, account assignments, and performance. In this role, you will work closely with other members of the sales operations team to drive the account assignments for sales teams, gap identification, and for tracking key inputs into how sales assignments are created. You will report to the Sales Operations Associate Director.

You Will:
  • Conduct research, investigate workflows & business procedures, and recommend changes
  • Conduct detail-oriented review of account distribution to the sales teams, identify possible issues, and communicate effectively with sales leadership
  • Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities alongside the Sales Operations team
  • Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvements, system enhancements, and sharing of best-practices
  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at resolving issues that impact core sales operations and scaling & growing the areas of analytics, reporting, and planning
  • Perform general data entry and data management
  • Create and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate communication
  • Support new areas of the business as they integrate into the ENR business

You Have:
  • 2 to 4 years' relevant professional experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to perform business analysis
  • Knowledge of NetSuite
  • Power BI knowledge (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree

Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000
