Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Service Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and expertise in managing and supporting both iOS and Android devices. This role requires a blend of technical prowess in mobile device management (MDM) and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, manage, and monitor mobile device management solutions using Microsoft Intune.
  • Provide specialized support for iOS and Android devices, with an emphasis on Samsung hardware, ensuring all mobile devices and apps function optimally and securely.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training materials for end-users to ensure best practices in device management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for L2 and L3 support issues related to mobility, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical problems.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to enforce security policies and procedures on mobile devices to safeguard corporate data.
  • Participate in the evaluation, selection, and deployment of new mobile applications and hardware.
  • Provide excellent technical support and guidance to users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile device management and security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 year's experience in mobile device management, specifically with Microsoft Intune.
  • Proven expertise in supporting both iOS and Android devices, particularly Samsung devices.
  • Experience in deploying and managing mobile applications in a corporate environment.
  • Creating and maintaining Conditional Access Policies.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as AutoPatch and Autopilot.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Strong experience in Level 2 and Level 3 support roles within a mobility context.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with management profiles in the Windows, W365, or AVD space is preferred.

Salary range: $105,000-$180,000

Overtime eligible: Exempt
