What You'll Do
- Work on a wide variety of complex support assignments of large scope, high impact, and complexity, coupled with a deep and broad understanding of the operational environment.
- Apply a variety of complex support methods/skills with significant autonomy to develop responsive, effective customized solutions.
- Work on complex and high impact cases/problems/assignments, knowing when to escalate out-of-policy matters. Contribute to policy and procedure enhancement.
- Troubleshoot complex issues for all levels of staff/management.
How You'll Do It
- Ensure matters pending responses are completed within a timely manner.
- Provide first pass handling of leader's emails and voicemails. Arrange meetings, schedules, appointments, and follow-ups. Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of leaders' calendars.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, lunches, dinners, and parties. Partner with other assistants to coordinate multiple executives' calendars. Ensure materials are available and printed in advance of meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements. Coordinate internal moves and office reconfigurations.
- Track and enter time and attendance. Participate in orienting and training new team members.
- Maintain business files. Answer telephone calls, take messages, and forward information to appropriate personnel. Screen and redirect calls to management and staff.
- Communicate with management to convey information, collect data and coordinate administrative details.
- Prepare correspondence including forms, tables, proposals, and reports. Open, sort, and distribute mail. Send outgoing mail. Distribute requests for information, track progress, and follow up.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ years of experience in Clerical, Administrative or related field
Bonus Points If You Have
- Associate's Degree in Business or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Clerical, Administrative or related field

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $32.55 to $45.36. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
