Job Description:
This Analyst role is a member of the Fidelity Wealth finance team that supports Fidelity Wealth's Distribution organization, delivering impactful, insightful, and actionable financial analysis to our business partners to guide effective decision-making. The primary objective of the role will be to provide strategic insights and analysis to measure and evaluate the financial performance of the business, working across teams to monitor progress on key initiatives. This role will also be involved in financial modeling, business cases, monthly results, working with business and finance partners on adhoc requests, and will have line finance business partner responsibilities.

- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling, planning and analysis, budgeting / MYP
- Comfort with data, databases, financials, and having a strong bias for ensuring high data quality
- Ability to combine a strategic business perspective with project management and analytical skills with solid business and financial acumen
- Strategic problem-solving skills; prioritizing work, breaking down issues, taking an end-to-end view, and proposing alternative solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: the ability to analyze sophisticated and complex issues, and synthesize key points.
- Track record of proactively building consultative relationships across Finance and the business
- Solid knowledge and expertise in financial, presentation, and data visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Thinkcell, Tableau, SQL)
- Flexible, self-motivated individual that will bring energy, passion, and intellectual curiosity to the role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven organization with a desire to drive projects to completion

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
