Job Description:
The Role
The Senior Manager, Strategic Analysis and Insights is responsible for developing insights that support the Brokerage planning process. This role will partner very closely with the Planning and Finance team to understand required data needs and develop reports and insights effectively.
The Value You Deliver
- Support the quarterly, annual, and ongoing multi-year planning process including developing materials for key management updates.
- Deliver analytics and executive materials to drive data-driven decisions for strategy and planning teams.
- Transform data into information with Microsoft PowerBI or other BI tools.
- Provide analysis and associated data visualization and storytelling.
- Leverage data to tackle sophisticated problems and highlight issues.
- Balance multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results on time.
- Analyze and drive insights from large sets of data.

The Expertise and Skills You Have
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-6 years of proven experience, preferably in business management / consulting / strategy / planning
- Experience working in the financial services is desired.
- Ability to understand user needs through design thinking.
- You become comfortable with ambiguity and can understand sophisticated problems; can identify, analyze, and synthesize trends using data whenever possible.
- Understanding of work management tools such as Jira Align, Jira preferred
- Experience with Microsoft PowerApps
- Expertise in visualization design and dashboard development (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc)
- You have excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to interact expertly with a diverse group, including executives, managers, subject matter specialists and matrixed teams.
- Organizational proficiency and a proactive, creative, and collaborative approach to solving strategic business issues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
