About the Team
The data team at VIZIO is responsible for democratizing data and enabling VIZIO to unlock value from its data. We are looking for a highly talented and motivated Senior Product Manager to join the team to guide new product ideas from an initial concept to launch. The position can be held in one of several offices (San Francisco, Dallas, Denver, Irvine, New York). We are a close-knit team, focusing on challenging problems to enable everyone at VIZIO to make data driven decisions.
What You Will Do
• Play a key role in driving the overall data platform strategy.
• Identify opportunities and drive product vision, strategies, and roadmaps for broader organizational strategies and goals.
• Drive the roadmap for existing and future data products and analytics.

• Oversee the integration of telemetry and analytics profiles seamlessly into user journeys, providing insights into user behavior and engagement.
• Obtain the buy-in from all the stakeholders for the data products roadmap. Strong collaborative and prioritization skills with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing are a must
• Collaborate with the business units to understand their use cases and data needs, and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product updates, milestones, and addressing feedback and concerns
• Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to data collection and privacy, ensuring compliance in all aspects of product development and deployment
• Support product development work outside of your core team, when necessary, to unblock any dependencies that impact your product area.
• Design business KPIs, measures of success to track performance and investigate unforeseen changes to KPIs.
• Communicate effectively by preparing, pitching and presenting decks to various stakeholders.
About You
• 4+ years of Product Management experience, proven experience as a product manager or similar role, preferably building data platforms, and data products.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven products
• Strong database querying and data visualization (i.e. SQL, Python, Tableau, Periscope).
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as CCPA, and their implications for product development and deployment.
• Experience with TV data audience and AdTech is a big plus
• Experience in the implementation of ML and AI models for a variety of business use cases
• Excellent communications skills, well-versed in creating product artifacts and requirement documentation and work collaboratively with tech, analysts and business.
• Self-motivated, naturally curious, always resourceful
• BS or MS degree in Engineering or Computer science preferred.

For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $130,000.00/year. The maximum salary for this position $170,000.00/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
For Colorado-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $110,000.00/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
For Washington-based employment: The base salary range for this position is $120,000.00/yearto $156,000.00/year.
Compensation may vary inside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the employee's total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, commissions, profit-sharing, or other stock compensation.
