This role is remote. To help our primarily US based Treasury team work best together, including with US based bank stakeholders, you must be located in the US.

Our new Sr Treasury Cash Operations Analyst will join the Atlassian Treasury team that is responsible for global treasury operations, cash management, bank account administration, cash forecasting and funding, global investments, foreign currency risk management, share repurchases and capital markets activities. This role will support the cash operations and bank account and online banking administration space with a focus on operational excellence, compliance, process efficiency and collaboration. We love our teams at Atlassian and this roll will partner with multiple cross-functional teams; the broader finance team including accounting, FP&A, tax, IT and external stakeholders especially banking partners.

In this role you'll get to:
- Support bank account infrastructure globally to accelerate account setup, entitlements, transitions and closures as Atlassian grows into new markets and integrates acquired companies
- Manage online banking portal administration and framework globally with strategic oversight on compliance, security and efficiency. Partner with IT to increase straight-through-processing and connectivity.
- Subject matter expert partnering with internal and external auditors for all bank account and bank access policies and controls in addition to supporting all cross-Treasury related controls
- Support ongoing local documentation requirements in regulated Asia countries such as India, Philippines, South Korea and Japan
- Oversee KYC inquiries and refreshes globally for all banking relationships.
- Become a subject matter expert in treasury management system (FIS), assist with configuration, testing, referential data setup/maintenance and find ways to improve reporting and compliance uses cases
- Manage FBAR reporting process annually
- Own bank fee analysis to prevent incorrect charges and identify opportunities to minimize transaction costs
- Liaise with banking partners to make decisions on products and services to improve Treasury operations
- Support daily cash reconciliation, reporting and investments to optimize liquidity and investment returns
- Support external investment manager program with focus on reporting and compliance
- Support global payment strategy working with financial services providers and internal engineering teams
Experience and skills:
- 3-5 years work experience in international treasury, preferably for a multinational public corporation
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business-related field
- Strong analytical, compliant, problem solving and communication skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong desire to automate treasury processes leveraging technology
- Experience with a treasury management system (FIS Integrity), Clearwater, and navigating global banking portals
It's great but not required, if you have:
- Experience in the software industry
- MBA, CTP or CFA preferred
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $115,200 - $153,600
Zone B: $103,700 - $138,200
Zone C: $95,600 - $127,500
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
