We are looking for a new Sr. Manager, People Analytics Strategy & Operations to help us evolve the People Analytics organization into a strategic partner to the business.
Reporting to the Executive, People Analytics, the person in this role will play a pivotal part in executing our multi-year People Analytics Roadmap as we advance the PA organization. The work of the team is high impact and high visibility across the HR function and is frequently used in strategic discussions at the highest levels. This role will serve as the strategic thought partner and operations leader for GE Aerospace's People Analytics leader. Responsible for driving the advancement of the People Analytics function by stabilizing the analytics foundation, establishing standard operating procedures, and driving the People Analytics strategy. We are on a multi-year journey where we plan to continually increase the impact that People Analytics has on the business and we need this role to get us there.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with peers on the People Analytics Leadership Team to establish standard ways of working to ensure clear focus on strategic goal execution and advancement of the People Analytics function
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence subject matter experts across HR, IT, and Finance to develop and implement a collaborative People Analytics Operating Model
- Drive the implementation of People Analytics standard processes including alignment on standardized workforce metrics, KPI setting processes, data privacy guidelines, and data governance advisory
- Act as an organizational & simplification champion who builds function capabilities, reduces complexity, and partners with the People Analytics Leadership Team to maximize team performance to more effectively deliver on goals and objectives
- Develop and track key metrics to measure the progress of advancing the People Analytics Roadmap and the impact of analytics deliverables-drive a focus on standard, scalable metrics, and measures
- Act as an advisor on enterprise-wide HR Data Strategy, partnering with various teams to drive the implementation of a data infrastructure to support advanced analytics work
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or any other related discipline.
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in people analytics. Consistent track record of creating and delivering value through large scale, global analytics and planning projects.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and peers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to assess situations and make judgments based on practice or previous experience.
- Strong project management skills; Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional team members in collaborative environments.
Pay and Benefits:
- The pay for this position is $128,900 - 214,800. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on September 10, 2024.
