About the Role

We're looking for someone to work with Rapid7's strategic partners to drive long-term value for our customers, partners and Rapid7. You'll work with a set of partners to build and execute joint business plans, working cross-functionally to deliver world-class integrations and drive adoption of integrated solutions into the market.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential technology partners aligned with our business objectives and market strategy.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, product managers, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and marketing, to define partnership goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and licensing models, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.
  • Drive the implementation of API integrations and technical solutions, working closely with internal and external technical teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor and track partnership performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • initiatives to promote joint marketing activities, co-selling opportunities, and customer success initiatives with partners.

The skills you'll bring include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5 years) in technology alliances, business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably in cyber security .
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, cloud technologies, and software development processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
