Subscription Manager, Sales
Imagn is seeking an enthusiastic, independent, proactive self-starter to join its Sales team to help the company exceed its goals. This position will be a crucial part of the sales team putting the customer first. Reporting to the Vice President, Sales, this position will focus on driving revenue from both new and existing subscription customers. This position will also be responsible to work cross functionally, from working with finance to the production teams. Where applicable, this position will also be responsible for maintaining information within our CRM or other company systems. The Manager of Subscriptions must be a very organized team player putting the greater good of the company first, always willing to go above and beyond the job description.

Location: This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the US, except for Alaska and Hawaii.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline of new subscription opportunities.
- Manage inbound requests for new subscription sales.
- Support all types of subscription customers, new and existing.
- Negotiate pricing, manage set up and delivery of content and execute licensing agreements.
- Responsible for the entire sales process from engagement to collection.
- Execute a customer success model approach to optimize revenues.
- Update company and/or user info upon request.
- Understand calendar of events to drive sales and customer initiatives.
- Coordinate with production team with customer requested research.
- Ability to provide basic revenue & expense expectations.
- Skilled in training to ensure customers know how to use the available tools to locate content.
- Ability to gather information about a client's needs, review that information, analyze and research the information to bring a solution to the client.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-10 years related experience.
- Skilled in solution selling.
- Subscription sales experience.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
- Strong interpersonal and judgement skills to work with a broad range of individuals.
- High attention to detail.
- Knowledge of media, sports, publishing and technology.
- Working knowledge of image, video and audio file types.
- Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, various CRMs, Google Sheets, Dropbox, Image Editing Tools like Photoshop and other tools for building presentations, sales collateral and creating reports.
