DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Territory Sales - Inside Sales Representative to join our team specializing in Sales for our Distribution Business Unit in Casablanca, Morocco.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Convert Inbound Calls to Sales: You will handle unsolicited prospect calls and successfully convert them into sales, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Develop New Sales Opportunities: You will proactively develop leads via telephone, other technologies, and cold-calling prospects generated by external sources to sell company products and services.
  • Drive Repeat Business: Through follow-up calls or emails, you will drive additional sales from existing customers by focusing on repeat business, cross-selling, and up-selling.
  • Conduct Effective Negotiations: You will negotiate sales according to company guidelines, ensuring favourable outcomes that align with revenue and margin targets.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: By using the Cummins Sales Process and managing the sales cycle from lead to sale, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support Sales Representatives: You will create and deliver qualified leads to sales representatives and assist them with quotation/RFP management and other sales cycle operations as needed.
  • Maintain and Build Customer Relationships: You will build and maintain positive customer relationships that foster loyalty and future sales opportunities, responding to customer concerns and resolving transaction issues effectively.
  • Utilize and Improve Sales Processes: By maintaining accurate sales entry, reporting, and forecasting through Cummins tools and processes, you will ensure smooth operations and seek opportunities to grow the business and enhance customer value and loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Action Oriented: Approach new opportunities and challenges with urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm to effectively support the sales team and manage customer follow-ups.
  • Effective Communication: Develop and deliver clear, multi-mode communications in both French and English, ensuring a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences and coordinating efficiently with various departments.
  • Customer Focus: Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions by addressing business needs, resolving issues, and providing accurate quotations and pricing information.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity pipeline management, ensuring smooth sales and back-office operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

  • Advanced certificates or college degree in the field of Sales or Marketing, or an acceptablecombination of education and experience required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • Limited prior experience required. Experience as a quote analyst or another sales support function desirable. Limited travel may be required.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software desirable. Experience with other software-based sales and business tools desirable.
