Position Overview:

As a Director of Advanced Customer Solutions at WWT, you will play a key role in providing solutions for complex and strategic programs. This high-visibility role involves shaping and supporting new business opportunities by leveraging competitive intelligence, understanding business requirements, and exploring solution options across various domains such as Digital, Cloud, Security, AI, Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture.

The Director, Advanced Customer Solutions position requires thought leadership capabilities and a strong background in relationship management. The Director will contribute to WWT's success by being a servant leader, promoting a culture of operational excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Thought Leadership:

  • Become a trusted resource for WWT in your field of expertise
  • Help motivate the organization to continuously improve and identify inefficiencies that may prohibit progress
  • Create value, build knowledge, and have bold visions that progress the organization forward at scale
  • Utilize metrics, analytics, and other reliable data sources to enhance decision making
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams and key stakeholders to achieve scalable solutions

Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate and consult on WWT's complex service engagements, showcasing high visibility in both internal and external settings
  • Work closely with account teams and sales organizations to support the qualification and closure of opportunities
  • Develop and nurture internal relationships with the goal of strong collaboration across multiple teams at WWT
  • Demonstrate servant leader mentality by being a motivational/coaching leader to aid in maximizing team performance

People/Team Management:

  • Support team efforts to develop business cases for clients, support competitive pricing strategies, and effectively communicate the value of Solutions Service offerings
  • Actively contribute to crafting solutions that leverage WWT's strengths and align with client objectives
  • Support team to disrupt, improve, and evolve ways of working when necessary
  • Arrange and sponsor appropriate assignments and experiences to help support team members in their long-term career aspirations
  • Mentor future leaders, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional advancement

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a technology-related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is required
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in management consulting, relationship (client and internal) management, and solution strategy with proven leadership achievements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading a team
  • Strong business acumen, with extensive knowledge of various industries and market dynamics
  • Experienced problem solver
  • Demonstrated success in effective relationship management - building and maintaining
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Passionate about supporting people
  • Proven involvement in opportunities across Strategy, Technology, Cloud, Digital, Security, AI, Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and associated metrics
  • Experience designing and structuring deals using various commercial models
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in understanding evolving technology solutions and their business applications
  • Assertiveness, collaboration, self-motivation, emotional intelligence, and capacity for continual learning and insight generation
