Autodesk is a leading provider of cloud-based construction management software solutions. We are looking for an innovative and growth-oriented Director of Demand Generation & Growth Marketing to join our growing team and drive revenue impact through strategic demand generation initiatives.
Reporting into the Senior Director, Global Marketing, ACS, the Director of Demand Generation & Growth Marketing will develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives revenue growth, customer acquisition, activation, and retention for Autodesk Construction Cloud. This individual will be a key member of the marketing leadership team and will work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive results. This role can be remote, hybrid, or office-based.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement generation plans that map to overall business unit goals to achieve pipeline forecasts and meet or exceed ACV business targets
- Plan and direct the development and implementation of campaign strategies and global programs that support meeting the Autodesk Construction business' key financial (pipeline generation) and non-financial (brand building) objectives
- Plan, manage, and optimize spend for annual demand generation budget to support funnel growth and pipeline velocity for the Construction business
- Establish key performance indicators for demand generation executional team(s) to track, measure, and optimize funnel performance across multiple digital channels
- Establish operating model with regional marketing teams to deliver consistent demand generation programs in global markets
- Measure and report high-level ROI metrics to leadership on an ongoing basis
- Manage multiple executional teams including Campaign Development, Paid Media, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
- Actively work through complex issues through analysis, data and collaboration across multiple stakeholders
- Establish process and tools for project management and team productivity that ensures transparency and accountability across teams
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in cross functional groups to gain alignment and buy-in for ongoing plans of the business unit, including leadership in Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, PR, Operations, and Customer Success
- Actively share business and marketing strategy of functional business unit to groups inside and outside of Autodesk Construction Marketing including Worldwide Marketing, Worldwide Sales, and executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in progressive marketing leadership with an emphasis on B2B demand generation with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Competency and fluency in Account Based Marketing (ABM), Paid Media, Automation, CRO, SEO, PLG, activation, and retention.
- Experience managing Marketing Operations teams, including fluency in Marketo or similar marketing automation platform.
- Strong track record of driving demand generation programs that deliver measurable business results, including pipeline and revenue.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels including email, webinars, paid media, events, and social media.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimize resources accordingly.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performance teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively with other teams.
- Possess a growth mindset with a track record of up-leveling past reports through mentorship and educational guidance.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $168,300 and $272,250. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
